Anti-Inflammatory Golden Milk

Ingredients

  • 480mL- almond milk
  • 1tbsp- ground turmeric
  • ¼tsp- ground ginger
  • 4- black peppercorn
  • 1stick- cinnamon
  • 1- star anise
  • 1pinch- whole clove
  • 1tsp- agave
  • Step 1

    Add the almond milk to a small pot over medium heat.

  • Step 2

    Add the turmeric, ginger, peppercorns, cinnamon stick, star anise, and cloves. Whisk to combine.

  • Step 3

    Heat the milk for 4-5 minutes, until steaming, but do not let it come to a boil.

  • Step 4

    Serve warm or over ice and sweeten to taste.
