Ingredients

  • 1box- red velvet cake mix
  • 225g- cream cheese
  • 455g- white chocolate chips
  • 0- topping of your choice
  • Step 1

    Prepare red velvet cake according to instructions on box.

  • Step 2

    In a bowl, crumble the red velvet cake.

  • Step 3

    Mix in cream cheese until smooth.

  • Step 4

    Roll into 1- to 2-Tbsp.-sized balls, and chill.

  • Step 5

    Melt the white chocolate.

  • Step 6

    Roll the balls in the chocolate to coat evenly. Set aside.

  • Step 7

    Decorate! Let the chocolate harden before serving.
